Rose 2025

The 2025 Rosé continues the more textural style established in previous releases, this year bringing together Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir from three Adelaide Hills vineyards. Chardonnay forms the backbone of the blend, with Meunier and Pinot Noir bringing red fruit, florals and a little more depth.

Wild fermented and matured entirely in a single seasoned puncheon, the wine spent 16 months on full solids with lees stirring and full malolactic fermentation. The result is generous and savoury, with restrained fruit, fine acidity and the texture that has become a defining part of the Moorak Rosé. Dry, structured and sitting comfortably between freshness and weight.
