The Moorak Riesling has always sat a little outside the traditional Australian style. The 2025 vintage moves a step closer to the classics, being a little more restrained than previous releases, but still unmistakably Moorak.
The subtle European influence in both texture and structure shows from sixteen months on lees, bringing generosity and a gentle savoury edge, balanced by the lifted florals and citrus that come from the cool climate of the Adelaide Hills.
