Following the style established in the previous release, the Moorak Sparkling Chenin Blanc continues to lean toward a more vinous expression while retaining the bright natural acidity that makes the variety work as Traditional Method Sparkling wine.
Fermented entirely in stainless steel to preserve freshness and purity, the wine offers generous orchard fruit, citrus and a fine acid line that keeps everything in balance. It's an apéritif style at heart, but one with enough character to comfortably stand alongside more familiar sparkling wines, offering something a little different without asking anyone to step too far outside their comfort zone.
