Pinot Meunier 2025
'Peacock Vineyard'
Oakbank, Adelaide Hills
Bright fruited, soft, and moreish. As it sits in the lighter red spectrum and difficult to oppose another glass. A more mature expression of Meunier in its dry red form. A more savory style from a longer maturation in barrel, but a very varietal expression. Works both chilled, or ambient in temperature. Difficult to oppose another glass.
