This Blanc de Noirs is made from Pinot Noir grown on the volcanic limestone soils of Mount Gambier. The wine is defined by naturally driven acidity and vibrant fruit, with fermentation on a generous level of solids contributing nuance, texture and complexity.

AROMA/FLAVOUR:
Aromatic notes of petrichor, gravel and wild strawberry. Fresh red fruit sits alongside subtle savoury detail, with a fine, mineral edge.
