This new release Riesling truly shows a fingerprint in the winemaking style. Stylistically unique from what’s common, not being anyway austere, but still expressive of variety and place.

It offers a generosity of fruit being from K1 Vineyard in the Adelaide Hills, and ample texture from its time on lees, plus full Malo.

Picked a touch earlier than the previous year, also without the botrytis element, makes it a little leaner and a touch closer to the classic style.
