Pinot Noir ( Left-Field ) 2022

Gryn Vineyard

Mount Gambier

With this vintage split into two wines, this first Pinot captures its terroir of the Mt. Gambier limestone and volcanic soils.

Multiple fermentations were used to express elements of these characteristics more intimately. The body has depth and generosity, layered through smokey whole bunch and confectionary carbonic aromatics.

A detailed insight into the production can be read online here — PART ONE and PART TWO.
